Our sessions are always billed at a flat rate, not by the minute. Your session begins after we are finished learning about your needs, and not a minute before. We always schedule 30 minutes on either side of your appointment so that we are never rushed when focusing on you. We can’t wait to take care of you!

Recently I needed therapeutic massage because of a painful muscle in my back. I always go to Carole because of the results I get from her massages, her staff, and a soothing atmosphere. I was concerned about COVID-19. I could not have been safer, mask by all, temperature check, and rooms sanitized after each client. Plus, my back was 50% better after the first appointment. After the second I threw a ball to our dog. Carole is the best in my book!

I had my first appointment at Carole Lilly Massage this past week and it was lovely! I got a deep tissue massage and felt super relaxed and my muscles felt much less tense during my dance rehearsal that evening! They have a whole questionnaire about your appointment preferences including whether you would like to make conversation during your time, and I checked yes. It was really nice to actually be talking during the massage and get some mental flow/relaxation in addition to the physical! I’ll totally go back! Also, the ball I got to roll out my muscles is awesome to use during rehearsal breaks!

I’ve been a client of Carole’s for about two years. For me, the path to good physical health and pain management has been regular therapeutic massage. I carry my stress in my neck and shoulders.
